Return Policy If for any reason you would like to return a product, please fill out the back of your packing slip so that we can respond to your request as quickly as possible.

Camino Cielo Santa Barbara, CA 93117 If you have lost your packing slip, include a letter/note of instructions with your name and address stating whether you want an exchange, credit or refund. Let us know why you are returning the item and be sure to include a day time phone number or e-mail address so that we may contact you in case we have questions. Since Dr. Bed merchandizes hygienic products, any return is conditional. Merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt. In order to stay within the deadline, the returned merchandise has to be postmarked within the term. Only unused, undamaged merchandise may be sent in the unopened original package. The cost for returning merchandise has to be carried by the customer. Used, damaged and opened merchandise cannot be accepted for reasons of hygiene. Damaged Merchandise Should the merchandise have visible material defects or should it have been damaged during transport, please notify us within 48 hours upon receipt of the articles. Within statutory limits you may rightfully claim cost free repair. We will exchange articles in part or as a whole. Should a defect not be repaired within a reasonable time, you have the choice of either reversing the purchase or reducing the price. At all times the warranties of the original producer are in effect. |
